We offer a 30-day 'Run Confident' guarantee. If your shoes aren't performing as expected after a few test runs, you can return them for a full refund or exchange, provided they are not excessively damaged.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for athletes who need their gear ready for an upcoming race weekend.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Running Lab ships to over 50 countries. International delivery times vary by location but generally range from 7 to 14 business days. Custom duties may apply upon arrival.
