At Running Lab, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your stride. If your new gear isn't performing as expected, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, resaleable condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Running Lab account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Affix Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and tape it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the progress of your return to our warehouse.
